Our Story

Liang Ji (乌桥头梁记), previously located at Beo Crescent Market, officially relocated to The Plaza on 7 July 2026. While our location has changed, our commitment remains the same — serving familiar local flavours at affordable hawker prices, now in a fully air-conditioned and more comfortable environment.

During the day, we serve Singapore hawker-centre style cuisine, featuring iconic local dishes such as Wanton Mee, Hainanese Chicken Rice and Curry Chicken Noodles, alongside a selection of beverages.

As evening approaches, DOWNTOWN THE PLAZA transforms into a casual gathering place offering live singing performances, karaoke entertainment, unique finger foods and drinks. Guests can also unwind over a game on our 8-foot pool table, creating an enjoyable atmosphere for friends and family.

Whether you're stopping by for a hearty local meal or spending an evening with good company, DOWNTOWN THE PLAZA offers a unique experience that combines traditional Singapore flavours by day with vibrant entertainment by night.
